Event Audio Production
Nothing kills a corporate meeting faster than audio the back row can't hear. We design speech-first sound systems for general sessions, breakouts, galas and hybrid meetings — engineered for the room, mixed by a human who is listening, and backed up with redundancy on every show.
What's included
- Line array and point-source PA systems sized to your room and headcount
- Wireless microphones — handheld, lavalier and headset — with frequency coordination
- Digital mixing consoles with an engineer dedicated to your program
- Panel, Q&A and audience microphone management
- Band and entertainment audio with monitor mixing
- Recording feeds, press mults and assistive listening systems
General session and keynote audio
For keynotes and general sessions we spec coverage first: every seat inside an even, intelligible field, no hot front rows, no dead corners. Wireless microphones are frequency-coordinated for the venue and backed by spares on stage. Your executives get a sound check, not a surprise.
Breakout and meeting room audio
Breakouts need audio that sets fast, runs itself and never bleeds into the next room. We build compact, repeatable breakout kits — powered speakers, wireless mics, simple house-feed integration — and turn rooms between sessions on a schedule your agenda can trust.
Hybrid and recorded audio
The remote audience hears the mix, not the room. We split clean feeds for streaming, capture multitrack recordings for post-event content, and integrate remote presenters so the in-room audience hears them like they are on stage.
Event Audio FAQs
Do you provide an audio engineer, or just equipment?
Every audio package includes a Klock engineer who tunes the system to the room, runs sound check and mixes your program live. We do not drop gear and leave.
Can you work with our venue's built-in sound system?
Often yes — we advance every venue and will tie into a capable house system when it serves the event, or supplement and replace it when it will not. You get a straight recommendation either way.
What happens if a microphone fails during the program?
Redundancy is standard: backup wireless channels are staged and hot, and the engineer can swap a presenter to a spare in seconds. Single points of failure get engineered out before doors open.
