LED walls and projection
We help you pick the right canvas for the room — a seamless LED wall for a high-impact general session, projection where budget or rigging dictates, or both. Content is reviewed in advance, aspect ratios confirmed, and screens are shaded and color-matched before the first attendee walks in.
Cameras, IMAG and live streaming
Multi-camera IMAG puts your speaker's face on the big screen and keeps a thousand-person room engaged. The same cut feeds a broadcast-quality stream for remote attendees, with dedicated stream audio, lower thirds, and a producer watching the output — not a webcam pointed at a stage.
Playback, graphics and show content
Presentations, videos and sponsor loops run from redundant playback machines with an operator on cue. We handle slide wrangling and speaker-ready workflows so the walk-up transition is seamless and nobody presents from the wrong deck.
Event Video FAQs
LED wall or projection — which should we use?
LED wins on brightness, contrast and sightlines in ballrooms with ambient light; projection can win on budget for very large surfaces in controllable rooms. We will recommend one based on your room, content and budget — not on what we want to rent you.
Can you live stream our meeting to remote employees?
Yes — private streams to Zoom, Teams, YouTube or a registration-gated platform, with dedicated stream audio and a producer monitoring the far end. Hybrid Q&A and remote presenters are fully supported.
Do we get a recording after the event?
Recording is available on every video package — from a clean program feed to multitrack capture for post-produced highlight reels and session libraries.
