Technical direction and show calling
A Klock technical director owns the whole production picture — audio, video, lighting, staging and the crew behind them — and a show caller runs your program cue by cue. Your team watches the event; ours runs it.
Staging and scenic
From clean corporate sets with branded backdrops to multi-level staging for award shows, we design and build the physical stage picture, coordinate rigging and sightlines, and make sure the room looks intentional from every seat.
Production management
The unglamorous work that saves events: production schedules the venue signs off on, dock times and COIs filed, labor booked, trucks routed, contingencies planned. It is why our load-ins are boring — in the best possible way.

Can you take over an event another vendor started?
Yes. We regularly step in mid-planning — we will audit what exists, keep what works, fix what will not, and give you one accountable point of contact through show day.
Do you replace our internal events team?
No — we extend it. Your team owns the audience, content and goals; we own the technical production. The best shows happen when both sides do what they are best at.
How early should production be involved?
Before you sign the venue, ideally. Ten minutes of production review on a venue contract routinely saves clients thousands in rigging, power, labor and in-house AV clauses.
